Great location, close to town centre and easy access to transportation. Modern and well-equipped apartment with good facilities. Clean and powerful shower. Soundproofed apartment with good Wi-Fi. Good value for the money. Good communication with the manager in English.

I had a fantastic stay at Les Apparts Du Val. the location was perfect, with easy access to the town centre and main bus routes. the apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped. I especially loved the powerful shower and reliable Wi-Fi. the manager was also very communicative in English. It was great value for money and I felt safe as a solo traveler.

During my recent transit in Cherbourg-en-Cotentin, I had the pleasure of staying at Les Apparts Du Val. The database accurately described this hotel as an excellent option for travellers passing through the area. The proximity to the nearest airport, which is approximately 120 km away, was incredibly convenient for me. It saved me both time and hassle, allowing me to easily reach my next destination without any stress.
One minor drawback that I encountered during my stay was the limited size of the hotel's car garages. As the database mentioned, these garages were not suitable for larger vehicles, such as estate cars.

The location of the apartment was fantastic, with easy access to local buses and the railway station. We loved being able to take a bus to the Ferry port and the convenience of a nearby taxi service. We also had a great time trying out the Bird electric scooters, which were conveniently located right on the corner. Planning day trips to nearby Valogne was a breeze, thanks to the short train ride and affordable fare. The apartment was surrounded by amenities, such as a good café/bar next door and a Carrefour Express directly opposite. We especially enjoyed dining at The Cous Cous restaurant, which served delicious North African Tagine style food. The friendly and helpful owners of these establishments made our stay even more enjoyable. Despite our limited French, everyone was willing to assist us, and with the help of a translation app, communication was smooth. Exploring the town on foot was a delightful experience, as it was only a short 5-minute walk to the town center. We found an abundance of fresh seafood, bakery shops, and butchers nearby, perfect for preparing meals in the apartment. And for those who simply want to relax and people-watch, we highly recommend Marco's Bar in town. The owners of the apartment were great with communication in both French and English, ensuring that everything was well-explained before our arrival. The highlight of the apartment was definitely the shower, with its multiple spray options and refreshing experience. Lastly, we enjoyed sipping our coffee and enjoying the view from the apartment window, a truly relaxing experience.
Although we had a wonderful stay overall, there were a couple of drawbacks. the apartment had issues with the drains, causing an unpleasant smell.

During our stay at Les Apparts Du Val, we found the location to be excellent. It was easy to access local buses and the railway station, making it convenient for exploring the area. We also enjoyed trying out the Bird electric scooters right on the corner, which added a fun element to our trip. The apartment itself was well-equipped and modern, with a great shower and comfortable bed. The nearby café/bar and Carrefour Express were also convenient for food and drinks. Despite some minor drawbacks, overall I would recommend this place for a pleasant stay in the area.
